The conference provides an opportunity to present your work within an atmosphere of support from peers. All posters must identify a primary presenter/author that will receive all communication. If the primary author is unable to attend, another author may present the poster at the conference. All posters must have an in-person presenter. The primary author will submit an abstract. Notification will be sent to the primary author to confirm acceptance of the poster to the conference. All posters will be presented in person and be displayed on an easel. In addition, a short recording summarizing the poster must be submitted for virtual attendees. Poster presenters will attend the conference in person and set up posters on Thursday April 3rd by 5p with author present to discuss with participants.
• Complete the poster abstract submission form at the end of these instructions. Abstract must be 300 words or less.
• Indicate the poster title, authors with credentials and affiliations.
• Presentations must avoid commercialism.
• Statements made in the presentation are the sole responsibility of the author.
• Expenses such as registration fees and travel expenses are the presenter’s responsibility.
• The deadline for submission is January 10, 2025.
